More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a key identifying various sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
